Peak Shipping Cutoffs
Due an unprecedented volume at our carriers, orders may be delivered later than estimated and tracking may be delayed. Rally House will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving, and make every effort to communicate order status. We truly apologize for the inconvenience any potential delays may cause, but rest assured, your package is on its way!

Shipping
For shipping questions, please feel free to text our Customer Service department at 1-850-972-0482 from 8am - 5pm CST Monday through Friday.

Shipping Transit Times:

• Basic Shipping: 4-10 Business Days (only option for PO box delivery*)
• Expedited: 3 Business Days (Order by 11am CT, M-F)
• Faster: 2 Business Days (Order by 11am CT, M-F)
• Fastest: Next Business Day (Order by 11am CT, M-F)

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and Federal Holidays. Orders must be placed before 11am Central Standard Time M-F to ship the same business day. Next Business Day packages if ordered after 11am CST M-F will not ship until the next business day. Rally House typically does not ship orders on non-business days.

Just because shipping is simple doesn't mean it should take a long time. Rally House understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

• *All PO Box shipments will be shipped using Basic Shipping.
• **Special Event and Manufacturer Direct items may not qualify for any expedited shipping method.
• ***Free shipping offers only apply to Basic Shipping. Vendor direct shipped items or items requiring additional freight charges do not qualify for Basic Shipping or Free Shipping offers.
• ****Rally House has the right to change shipping method due to size and/or number of items.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service.

Single Order with Multiple Shipments
Please note, if your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and arrive in different packages on different dates. There is no extra charge for split shipments.

Tracking Your Order
To track your order, click the Track My Order link at the top of your Shipping Confirmation email. Enter the tracking number and your e-mail address in the area provided.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to expand our options soon.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Select the "Pickup" button on an eligible product page, and get your order the same day, subject to store availability.  When you select an item available for in-store Pickup, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Orders are generally processed within 3 hours during business hours, provided that all the items ordered are available at the chosen pick up location.  Please note that orders with multiple items may not have all items available in the selected pick up location for same day pick up.  Orders with items not available in the chosen pick up location will be ready for pick up typically within 3-5 business days.

*Shipping times are based on orders placed before 11am CST Monday through Friday. Food items, and heavy or bulky items are not eligible for flat rate shipping. Some items require additional freight charges, which is noted on the product. Items requiring additional shipping charges are not eligible for free shipping offers, and will ship UPS Ground only. Shipping to PO Boxes is only available via Basic Shipping. Regrettably, at this time Rally House is unable to ship to addresses outside the United States, including foreign APO, DPO or FPO addresses.

Any Playoff, Championship, or other Special Event and/or vendor direct items may not be available for immediate shipping. Check the item description for details.

Delivery Service options for contiguous US only. Basic Shipping only to AK/HI, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

CANCELING ORDERS

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.
